We are pleased to invite all 18+ tribal members to the upcoming Annual Shareholder Meeting. Doors will open at 10:00 AM for registration, with breakfast and coffee provided.
At this year’s meeting, we will share important financial and economic development updates from the past year, connect with shareholders, answer questions, and hold the Board of Directors election. You may join us in-person or virtually this year.
Enjoy breakfast, light refreshments, and a chance to win Native-made prizes for those attending in person.
We are also excited to announce the launch of the new Shareholder Portal: a secure platform where shareholders can access reports, attend virtually, and vote online.

Pre-Register for the Shareholder Meeting
To pre-register for the Annual Shareholder Meeting, you will need to sign up for shareholder portal access. Once registered, you can view further instructions on how to attend and vote.

- Click the ‘Shareholder Portal’ tab above to register or use the signup button below
- You will be asked to provide (a) your general contact information (b) your Tribal ID number (c) a photo of your Tribal ID
We highly encourage shareholders to sign up for the portal no later than one (1) day prior to the meeting. While day-of-signups may be accommodated, we cannot guarantee registration approval or attendance.
Any 18+ tribal members should register for portal access as soon as possible to ensure a smooth meeting and participation.
In-Person Attendance
Please ensure you have registered for the Shareholder Portal prior to arriving.
Upon arrival:

- Proceed to the registration tables for check-in.
- Our onsite team will guide you through how to access the voting poll on your device.
Online Attendance
Once you are registered and verified in the Shareholder Portal, you will be able to access the virtual meeting link.
For security purposes, the meeting link is only available within the portal.
At the start of the meeting, simply click the meeting link or scan the QR code located in the portal to join. Once it is time to vote, that same link will open the voting poll.
Late Attendance
We will accommodate virtual late attendance until 10:45 AM CST. If you are not yet registered for the Shareholder Portal by 9:00 AM CST, we will post instructions on how to register last minute on this page. Be sure to check this page for updates on how to last-minute register after 9:00 AM.
Please note that this late attendance process does not guarantee admittance. Our team will be actively running the meeting, and we will verify late registrations as quickly as possible; however, all registrations must still pass our security screening before access is granted.
For onsite attendance, we will accommodate anyone who arrives after 10:00 AM. Please proceed directly to the meeting room, and our team will get you checked in and verified as quickly as possible.
